Announced September 30, the partnership covers two substantial residential opportunities:
- Seih Sdeirah: A mixed-use villa and townhouse community covering up to 1.5 million square metres on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border. Arada will lead development and construction management.
- Yas Island: Arada acquired three residential plots from Aldar, including two canal-facing sites. The plots provide almost 130,000 square metres of gross floor area.
- Pricing, unit mix, payment plans and launch dates: Not announced yet. Arada
Investor angle: Seih Sdeirah could become a major competitor to Al Ghadeer and Dubai South communities, while the canal-facing Yas plots are likely to target the premium segment.
Why it matters: This is Arada’s first development entry into Abu Dhabi and creates approximately AED15 billion of future supply. It is a pipeline announcement rather than a bookable launch, so investors should wait for confirmed project names, prices, completion dates and payment schedules.
