Investor angle: Only 35% is payable before completion, preserving capital during construction. However, the 65% completion balance requires a clear cash, mortgage or resale strategy.
Why it matters: Dalia is among the final two Masaar 3 collections. Arada shows the preceding collections as 98%–99% sold, suggesting limited remaining developer inventory in this established forest-community concept. The AED 2.07 million entry price should be compared with earlier-phase resale units before booking.
